Privacy Statement – Campaign Implementation by Visor for Terrassmiljö 7H AB

This privacy statement outlines how Suomen Visor Oy (Business ID: 0835315-0 hereinafter referred to as Visor) processes personal data in a campaign where a form is embedded on the campaign website of Terrassmiljö 7H AB using the Leadoo Marketing Technologies Ltd platform, which is licensed and managed by Visor.

 

1. Data Controller

Terrassmiljö 7H AB (Org. no. 5595123711) is the data controller for the personal data collected via the campaign form. The data is used solely for customer communication and contact purposes.

 

2. Data Processor

Visor acts as the data processor. Visor holds a valid license to the Leadoo platform and is responsible for the technical setup and management of the embedded form.

Visor:

  • Manages and maintains the form technically
  • Has technical access to the Leadoo admin panel where the form submissions are stored
  • Does not use the personal data for its own business purposes
  • Processes data strictly on behalf of Terrassmiljö 7H AB

 

3. Sub-processor

Leadoo Marketing Technologies Ltd functions as the sub-processor and technical platform provider, offering the infrastructure for form display and data collection.

 

4. User Tracking (Leadoo)

We use Leadoo’s tracking service to follow what users are doing on the site and combine this behavioral data with other data we can gather from e.g. chat interactions. Leadoo uses etag tracking in order to hook together the same users behavior over several sessions – in practice this works similarly to cookie based tracking. Leadoo works as the sub-processor and Visor as the processor on behalf of Terrassmiljö, who acts as the controller for the data in terms of GDPR. 5. Data Sharing

  • The personal data submitted through the form is not transferred to Visor’s internal systems
  • The data remains stored exclusively in Leadoo’s admin panel
  • The data is only forwarded to Terrassmiljö 7H AB for follow-up

Visor does not utilize this data for its own marketing or commercial use.

 

6. Purpose of Processing

  • Responding to user contact requests
  • Customer communication within the context of the campaign
  • Lead management and performance monitoring

All processing activities are conducted in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

7. Data Retention Period

Personal data collected via the form will be stored only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

·       Contact and customer communication data will be retained for a maximum of 5 years unless required longer for contractual or legal reasons.

·       Data stored in Leadoo will follow the retention settings defined by Terrassmiljö 7H AB.

·       Analytical and technical tracking data is retained according to Leadoo’s own data retention policies, as outlined in their privacy policy
